What This Role Involves
As a Cloud Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing microfrontend-based applications. You will collaborate with backend developers and other frontend developers to build a seamless user experience. Your primary goal is to create a scalable, efficient, and high-performing frontend architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze requirements for cloud-native microfrontend services.
- Design and develop scalable frontend architectures for web applications.
- Deploy microfrontend applications into cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize web applications for a smooth user experience, ensuring fast loading speeds and intuitive navigation.
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) methods to enhance software quality.
- Maintain and improve frontend components using Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD).
- Support documentation for security and product development.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in React and JavaScript development.
- Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CICD.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to create mockups and prototypes to enhance user experience.
- Experience in Agile software development.
- Familiarity with Git Branching Strategies (e.g., Gitflow).
Non-Technical Skills:
- A proactive team player who collaborates well with others.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Experience with Python programming.
