Job Responsibilities
As a Software QA Engineer, you will:
- Develop, modify, and execute software test plans.
- Perform hands-on test execution and automation.
- Conduct both black-box and white-box testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build solutions that accelerate field adoption.
- Work closely with Virtualization, Cloud, AI/ML, and Gen AI domains to create impactful solutions.
- Investigate and resolve issues in test and production environments.
- Learn and adapt to the latest testing technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: B.E/B.Tech or M.S in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience: Up to 2 years in test planning, design, and automation.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of data storage, virtualization, and hypervisors like VMware ESX and Linux KVM.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with Docker, Elasticsearch, and Kibana is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
