Roles and Responsibilities
1. Coordination and Communication
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Leadership, and teams like Product Management and Customer Support.
- Assist in planning and prioritizing new features and product deliveries.
- Communicate project schedules, status updates, and issues to stakeholders.
2. Risk Management
- Identify potential risks that could affect project timelines.
- Assist in developing mitigation plans to address challenges.
- Work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
3. Process Improvement
- Help evaluate and enhance existing project management processes.
- Suggest tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior coursework or internship experience in Product/Program Management, Quality Engineering, or Software Development.
- Basic understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud services, and release management tools (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
