Key Responsibilities
1. Managing Project Requirements and Data Handling
- Collect data from various sources such as databases, data warehouses, and integration tools.
- Identify trends and patterns in the data to improve business processes.
- Develop policies and processes for efficient record management.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their data requirements.
- Provide sales data, insights, and reports to support client decision-making.
- Improve efficiency by automating data processes.
- Set up and maintain automated data pipelines.
- Implement and evaluate external tools for data validation and cleansing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Work with internal and external teams to understand and manage data content.
- Conduct surveys and analyze the collected data based on client requirements.
- Interpret complex data and create detailed reports for business insights.
- Develop dashboards, graphs, and visual reports to showcase performance.
- Benchmark business performance against industry competitors.
- Extract and analyze large datasets, drawing meaningful conclusions for management.
- Develop predictive models to help businesses make informed decisions.
Performance Metrics
- Number of automated processes implemented.
- On-time delivery of data insights and reports.
- Customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
- Accuracy and reliability of the data provided.
- Zero customer escalations related to data errors.
