About the Job
eClerx is looking for candidates to work as Analysts in their financial services division. This role includes handling back-office and middle-office operations for global financial institutions. You will be working on different parts of the client and product lifecycle, including data processing, reconciliations, and trade support.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with data: Capture, catalog, process, and update information across systems.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and resolve process-related issues with external agents or clients over phone or email.
- Carry out tasks related to trade lifecycle like:
- Trade confirmation
- Pre-settlement support
- Front-to-back reconciliation
- Cash flow settlement
- Manage operations for:
- Syndicated loans
- Corporate actions
- Regulatory reporting
- Support KYC processes, reference data updates, and legal documentation.
- Learn about and work with financial products such as:
- Equity securities and derivatives
- Interest rate swaps
- FX spot and options
- Credit default swaps
- Commodities and bonds
Required Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in fields like B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, M.Com, MBA, or PGDM. - Experience:
0 to 2 years in investment banking operations, project management, or client support.
Skills Needed
- Basic understanding of finance, trade lifecycle, and investment banking.
- Strong logic and number skills to work with data.
- Ability to manage time well and solve issues quickly.
- Good planning and organizing abilities.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
