As an Associate Software Engineer at CGI, you will be working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment. You will need to follow attendance, leave policies, and organizational guidelines strictly. The position involves interacting with different stakeholders and contributing to various IT infrastructure and cloud-related tasks.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Work on a rotational shift basis (24/7 support).
- Follow CGI’s and the client’s IT security, code of conduct, and quality standards.
- Participate in initial screenings and support recruitment efforts.
- Understand and apply basic knowledge of IT systems, applications, and networking.
- Analyze problems and provide solutions quickly.
- Adapt to new tools and technologies with strong attention to detail.
- Continuously learn and improve your technical skills.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- A Diploma from a recognized institution (preferably in a technical or IT field).
- Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and client decision-makers.
- A strong desire to learn new technologies and stay updated.
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts, networks, and systems.
