- Location: Bangalore, India
- Mode: Hybrid (Interns must work from the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

- Schedule: Full-Time
- Stipend: βΉ30,000 per month
- Leaves: Not applicable during internship
π― Internship Program Overview
- Primary Goal: Work on cutting-edge generative AI projects with the guidance of expert mentors.
- Final Deliverable: Interns will present their completed project to company leaders during the last week.
- Learning: Weekly sessions on Pearson’s technology, work culture, and professional development.
- Activities: Participate in in-person office events and networking sessions.
πΌ Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in generative AI research under expert supervision.
- Develop and improve generative AI applications and models.
- Conduct literature reviews and summarize the latest AI research.
- Design, test, and evaluate new AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with software engineers and researchers on model integration.
- Preprocess and augment data for training and fine-tuning AI models.
- Document research findings and prepare clear reports.
π Eligibility Criteria
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masterβs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
- Fresh graduates are not eligible.

- Strong interest in generative AI and current AI technologies.
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, and AI libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
