About the Role

EY is looking for candidates to work in the Risk Management Services (RMS) department, specifically in the Independence team. The purpose of this role is to help protect EY from risks related to third-party business relationships. The job involves conducting research, collecting data about vendors, and helping teams follow policies related to independence, anti-bribery, supplier assurance, and more.


Key Responsibilities

🔍 Research & Analysis

  • Perform secondary research on vendors to understand their ownership, structure, financials, and affiliations.
  • Use this information to assess if a business relationship follows EY’s policies.

📊 Compliance & Review

  • Follow EY’s global policies for independence and procurement.
  • Review and analyze third-party relationships to avoid any conflict of interest.
  • Submit findings to internal tools and assist audit teams with required approvals.

💬 Communication & Coordination

  • Work with various internal teams like Anti-Bribery, Legal, and Supply Chain Services.
  • Coordinate with EY professionals to answer questions about vendor relationships.

📁 Documentation

  • Prepare and update reports for review by project managers.
  • Ensure proper records are maintained for all approvals and risk checks.

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented and good at managing tasks independently
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Any certification related to risk management is a plus
