📌 About the Role – Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst, you’ll be the backbone of our data-driven decisions, managing key datasets, producing valuable insights, and supporting both our internal teams and external partners. If you enjoy making sense of numbers, working with Excel and Google Sheets, and are passionate about creating impact at scale — this role is for you.
📅 Note: This is a 12-month contract role with a strong possibility to grow and create measurable change in the education ecosystem.
🧑💻 Key Responsibilities
- Create multi-level data views (state, district, block, school) to track program success
- Maintain weekly trackers and ensure real-time, accurate data reporting
- Preprocess, clean, and upload raw school data to internal platforms
- Prepare aggregate reports on support and training team performance
- Conduct time-based data analysis on program success metrics
- Fulfill ad-hoc data analysis or MIS needs from partner teams
✅ Ideal Candidate – What You Bring
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Strong eye for detail, especially in data validation and formatting
- Passion for education and impact-led initiatives
- Ability to manage large datasets with clear visualizations and summaries
- Comfortable with raw data cleaning, tracking changes over time, and presenting insights
- Self-starter with excellent communication and coordination skills
