Job Overview
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications. The Associate Software Engineer will collaborate with different teams, take ownership of assigned product areas, and work towards delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions for assigned application areas.
- Maintain and improve existing software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects.
- Learn and apply system design best practices.
- Ensure smooth communication within the team and across departments.
- Follow Agile development processes and participate in sprint activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in software development.

Technical Skills:

- Experience with .NET/.NET Core, MVC, Web API.
- Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with SQL Server and database management.
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks (MS Unit, QUnit testing).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of Agile development tools such as Azure DevOps. β Soft Skills:
