Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Module Leads and Product teams to develop high-quality software solutions.
- Deliver assigned features on time by writing optimized and high-performance code.
- Apply state-of-the-art design patterns and data structures to software development.
- Participate in a rotational role between development, QA automation, and production support.
- Review peer code to maintain high standards of development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in Core Java programming and backend frameworks like JavaEE (WebLogic) and Spring.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Knowledge of multi-threaded programming.
- Familiarity with JUnit, JSTL, JDBC, and databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of design patterns and their implementation.
- Ability to write clean, optimized, and modular code.
- Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability to new technologies and willingness to work across different roles.
- Strong communication skills in English.
