Skills and Knowledge Required
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of networking concepts like Routing, Switching, Security, Wireless, and Cloud
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- The ability to identify and troubleshoot network-related problems
- Participation in team activities and projects
- CCNA certification is preferred but not mandatory
