About the Internship
This internship is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or postgraduates to gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity risk analysis. Interns will work with Airbus’s Corporate Cybersecurity team to ensure the company complies with security policies, regulatory standards, and risk management frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Supporting Cybersecurity Governance & Risk Framework
- Assist in developing and implementing risk management frameworks, processes, and tools.
- Help identify and classify cybersecurity risks across the organization.
- Ensure that risk governance practices are consistently followed.
2. Compliance & Regulatory Standards
- Gain exposure to industry cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.
- Assist in aligning organizational security policies with these standards.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Support the team in preparing compliance and security risk reports.
- Help document cybersecurity processes and maintain risk assessment records.
4. Risk Assessment & Mitigation
- Participate in information security risk assessments.
- Document and track identified security risks.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with internal teams to understand risk management processes.
- Assist in gathering necessary data to support risk mitigation efforts.
6. Process Improvement
- Contribute to enhancing risk management tools and procedures.
- Improve efficiency in identifying and addressing cybersecurity risks.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Recent graduate or postgraduate in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of information security, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with professionals.
