Job Responsibilities
1. Research and Data Management
- Research participant records and update necessary information.
- Process life cycle events related to pension and benefits.
- Maintain and reconcile payroll and payment data.
2. Support for Special Projects
- Assist in executing special projects as assigned.
- Support the team with additional tasks when required.
3. Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with plan provisions and company guidelines.
- Identify potential issues and suggest solutions for smooth operations.
- Produce accurate and timely work to maintain high-quality service.
4. Billing and Review Process
- Accurately track billable time to ensure proper client billing.
- Follow peer review guidelines to maintain accuracy in work.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to meet deadlines.
- Provide assistance in case of increased workload to maintain efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access is preferred.
- Proficiency in working with computer systems for operational tasks.
