Job Description
The Associate Engineer will support various aircraft systems, maintenance programs, and operational engineering functions. The role involves analyzing and troubleshooting aircraft maintenance issues, evaluating maintenance programs, and ensuring safe operations. The candidate will work closely with internal and external teams on technical issues and project implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and provide solutions for aircraft system maintenance and operations.
- Review and evaluate Service Bulletins (SBs) from aircraft manufacturers to determine their impact on United Airlines’ fleet.
- Develop and implement solutions, project justifications, and cost-benefit analyses for maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with various operational teams to maintain aircraft airworthiness, reliability, and efficiency.
- Manage project priorities and ensure timely completion of maintenance program updates and technical specifications.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development programs.
Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical).
- Experience: 0-1 years (Fresh graduates can apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills (both written and spoken English).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) from a recognized institution.
- Basic knowledge of aviation industry regulations and compliance.
