Job Role: Business Technology Solutions Associate – Data Engineer
ZS is looking for passionate individuals to work as Business Technology Solutions Associates – Data Engineers in Pune, India. This role involves working with clients and internal teams to build and implement high-quality technology solutions that solve critical business problems.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Collaborate with teams – Work closely with ZS’s internal teams and clients to design and implement effective technology solutions.
🔹 Analyze business problems – Understand complex business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
🔹 Develop technical solutions – Design and implement features using best practices for various technology stacks.
🔹 Assist in project development – Support the development and implementation of technology solutions for client engagements.
🔹 Follow best practices – Apply development methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, System Integrated Testing, and Unit Testing for successful project completion.
🔹 Support team members – Provide guidance to team members and help create effective project implementation plans.
Required Qualifications
🎓 Education:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field with strong academic performance.
💻 Technical Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts.
✔ Proficiency in Python for data processing and analytics.
✔ Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
✔ Familiarity with Big Data concepts and Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
✔ Experience with SQL generation and automation tools.
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
✔ 0-3+ years of experience in delivering small to medium-scale technology solutions.
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technology solutions.
✔ Excellent communication skills to convey technical results and challenges to internal and client teams.
✔ Knowledge of productivity tools like Co-Pilot for efficient coding and data analysis.
✔ Willingness to travel for client projects, as needed.
