Key Responsibilities
πΉ Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Assist end-users via chat support to resolve technical issues.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, MS Office Suite, and web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Mozilla Firefox).
πΉ Ticketing & Documentation
- Maintain and update customer support tickets in the system.
- Ensure proper documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolution details.
πΉ Customer Interaction & Service
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical users in a simple and understandable manner.
- Use soft skills such as active listening, empathy, and patience to enhance the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
β Education: Graduate in any stream.
β Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, active listening, and effective communication.
β Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of PC/Laptop hardware, networking, operating systems, and MS Office 2016.
Preferred Skills
β Strong communication skills
β Basic knowledge of troubleshooting IT issues
β Experience with help desk or customer support roles is a plus
β Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
