Job Responsibilities
1. AI & Machine Learning Development
- Design, build, and train machine learning models for tasks such as risk assessment, fraud detection, and trade prediction.
- Implement generative AI techniques such as transformers and large language models for data augmentation and anomaly detection.
- Develop AI-powered applications to improve operational efficiency.
2. Software Development & Integration
- Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers to integrate AI models into existing systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure AI solutions follow best industry practices and standards.
3. Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Use AI/ML algorithms to optimize business decisions.
4. Stay Updated with AI Advancements
- Keep up with the latest AI research and developments.
- Explore emerging AI trends and implement them in real-world applications.
5. Effective Communication
- Explain AI models and findings to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Document AI processes and results for future reference.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP.
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with generative AI models such as GPT and transformers.
- Proficiency in software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience working with databases.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
