Job Role: Associate Software Engineering Analyst

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of IT experience who are interested in automation and software development. The selected candidate will work with the Intelligent Automation Team to develop and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Roles and Responsibilities

As an Associate Software Engineering Analyst, the candidate will:

🔹 Work with Technical Consultants and Business Analysts to identify and develop automation solutions.
🔹 Communicate with Solution Architects to understand the technical requirements of automation projects.
🔹 Develop software automation solutions using the latest automation technologies.
🔹 Learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
🔹 Handle tasks independently while maintaining good organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

📌 Education:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with at least 70% marks.
🔹 Candidates must be graduates of the 2024 batch.

📌 Experience:
🔹 0-1 year of IT experience (Internship experience is also acceptable).

📌 Technical Skills Required:
🔹 Proficiency in C++, Java, or Python.
🔹 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
🔹 Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
