🎯 Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries and concerns via chat, email, or voice support.
Support data collection activities to help resolve issues or recover accounts.
Understand and follow client processes and policies.
Reproduce customer issues and report any bugs to the relevant product teams.
Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism.
Use analytical skills to understand problems and find solutions.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree)
Experience: Freshers can apply
(Experience in customer service will be an added advantage)

✅ Preferred Skills

Experience in chat, voice, or email customer support roles.
