About the Role
NTT DATA is looking for a Junior Microsoft Engineer to provide support and monitoring for cloud-based environments. This is an entry-level role focused on identifying and resolving cloud-related issues, ensuring smooth operation, and contributing to service optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and Incident Resolution
- Keep track of client infrastructure and solutions.
- Detect and resolve errors before they impact services.
- Investigate technical issues and identify root causes.
- Handle service requests and follow approved procedures for troubleshooting.
- Report and escalate incidents when necessary.
- Provide telephone or chat support to clients.
- Ensure efficient resolutions for incidents and service requests.
Maintenance and Optimization
- Execute maintenance activities, including patching and configuration changes.
- Suggest improvements to reduce recurring incidents.
- Contribute to process automation and efficiency.
- Maintain and update knowledge articles for reference.
- Assist in disaster recovery functions and testing.

Qualifications
Education

Experience Requirements
- Entry-level experience or participation in an intern program.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization, and Server Hardware.
- Familiarity with management agents, redundancy concepts, and cloud storage.
- Understanding of data center, network, and backup solutions.
