Role Overview – Mobile Application Developer
SDG is looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer to contribute to one of its key products, Cupid Media. This role focuses on Flutter-based app development and ensures high-quality mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mobile App Development
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Ensure apps function smoothly on both iOS and Android.
2. Code Review and Quality Assurance
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews to improve overall quality and security.
3. Integration with APIs and Services
- Work with RESTful APIs and integrate them into mobile applications.
- Collaborate with backend teams for seamless app functionality.
4. UI/UX Implementation
- Follow mobile design best practices to enhance user experience.
- Work closely with designers to implement interactive UI components.
5. Performance Optimization
- Ensure apps are optimized for speed, battery life, and minimal resource consumption.
- Debug performance issues and improve responsiveness.
6. App Rollout & Release Management
- Manage app distribution, testing, and publishing on Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store.
- Follow best practices for app security and compliance.
7. Collaboration and Learning
- Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git-based source control for efficient workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development, Flutter, and security.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
✔ Expertise in Flutter for mobile app development.
✔ Strong understanding of mobile app design patterns, UX/UI fundamentals.
✔ Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
✔ Knowledge of Git-based source control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
✔ Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile development practices.
✔ Hands-on experience with app publishing on Google Play Store & Apple App Store.
