Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable and reliable Java applications.
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
- Work with Kafka to manage real-time data processing at scale.
- Utilize MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for efficient data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to build new features.
- Follow best practices for coding standards, deployment, and system security.
- Research and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, providing necessary technical support.
- Participate in Agile meetings such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience as a Java Developer, with a solid grasp of Java fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka for distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Good understanding of software design principles and coding best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in Git for version control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
