Technical Associate Job Description
As a Technical Associate – Service Desk L1, you will be responsible for providing front-line IT support for Genpact’s internal and external stakeholders. The role combines both voice and non-voice technical support, ensuring high availability and quality assistance in line with Genpact’s service-level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle IT issues and service requests using ticketing tools within SLAs
- Provide tech support for executives and Board members
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, MFDs, and peripherals
- Manage OS-related, Office 365, and MDM support tasks
- Deliver second-level support and assist with ERP application provisioning
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts
- Participate in business transitions, ramp-ups, and site consolidations
- Ensure use of internal Knowledge Articles and documentation
