Technical Associate Job Description

As a Technical Associate – Service Desk L1, you will be responsible for providing front-line IT support for Genpact’s internal and external stakeholders. The role combines both voice and non-voice technical support, ensuring high availability and quality assistance in line with Genpact’s service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle IT issues and service requests using ticketing tools within SLAs
  • Provide tech support for executives and Board members
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, MFDs, and peripherals
  • Manage OS-related, Office 365, and MDM support tasks
  • Deliver second-level support and assist with ERP application provisioning
  • Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts
  • Participate in business transitions, ramp-ups, and site consolidations
  • Ensure use of internal Knowledge Articles and documentation
