Job Role: Software Development Engineer
This role involves designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining software products that help professionals in different industries make smarter decisions. The candidate will also support customers, collaborate with product management teams, and ensure high coding standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, test, and maintain software solutions.
- Provide customer support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams.
- Maintain high-quality coding standards, including proper documentation, formatting, and unit/integration testing.
- Participate in agile methodologies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in .NET technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, VB.Net, SQL, WEBAPI, WCF.
- Familiarity with at least one general-purpose scripting language (Python, Ruby, PHP, Perl, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Couchbase, Redis.
- Understanding of software development tools like Git, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
