Roles and Responsibilities
A Full Stack Developer at Vodafone will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web applications with both front-end and back-end technologies. The key responsibilities include:
1. Backend Development
- Develop and maintain applications using Core Java, Microservices, and REST Web Services.
- Work with Node.js for server-side development.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of backend applications.
2. Frontend Development
- Develop interactive and responsive UI using React.js and Angular frameworks.
- Optimize front-end performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Use debugging tools like Chrome Developer Tools and Safari Debugging Tools to enhance application functionality.
3. Web Development Standards & Best Practices
- Follow W3C specifications to develop standards-compliant applications.
- Utilize HTML4/HTML5, CSS2/CSS3, ES5/ES6, and other front-end development technologies.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in Core Java, Microservices Architecture, and REST API Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like React.js and Angular.
- Knowledge of modern web development standards such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience in Node.js for backend development.
- Ability to optimize front-end performance and use debugging tools effectively.
