What You’ll Be Doing

This role includes tasks that help users keep their systems running smoothly. With training and support, responsibilities may include:

  • 📞 Helping users solve basic technical issues over the phone or chat, like guiding them through steps to fix common problems.
  • 💻 Troubleshooting hardware and software issues using remote access tools.
  • 🔁 Escalating more complicated problems to senior support teams when needed.
  • 📦 Handling service requests such as installing software or updating user accounts.
  • Keeping support tickets updated and making sure issues are solved properly.
  • 📚 Following company policies related to IT security, devices, and software use.
  • 🧠 Adding helpful information to the Service Desk knowledge base to support future troubleshooting.
  • 🕐 Meeting company service level goals (SLAs) to ensure timely support.
  • 📂 Helping with special projects when assigned.
