Key Responsibilities
🔹 Software Development: Work on designing, developing, and optimizing software applications to support trading and business needs.
🔹 Project Execution: Lead and execute projects, from research and design to development and deployment.
🔹 Technical Research: Evaluate and adopt the best technologies for application development.
🔹 Troubleshooting: Resolve production issues and optimize applications for efficiency.
🔹 Collaboration: Work closely with business groups, junior developers, and other teams.
🔹 Code Review: Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
💻 Programming Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of C++, Java, or Python.
✔ Experience with React, Redux, RESTful Web Services, Perl, and SQL databases is preferred.
✔ Additional experience in Spring, MyBatis/iBatis/Hibernate, JavaScript, and jQuery is a plus.
🛠 Technical Knowledge:
✔ Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
✔ Experience with messaging middleware and deployment architecture is an advantage.
