Eligibility Criteria

WILP Selection Process

The selection process for Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program includes multiple stages:

1. Online Assessment (80 minutes)

  • Verbal Ability (20 minutes)
  • Analytical Ability (20 minutes)
  • Quantitative Aptitude (20 minutes)
  • Written Communication Test (20 minutes)

2. Voice Assessment

Candidates who clear the online test will go through a voice assessment round.

3. Business Discussion Round
