📍 Job Role: Analyst (IT Support)
As an Analyst, your main responsibility will be to help clients resolve IT-related issues. You’ll be the first point of contact for troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring smooth operation of systems.

- Provide first-level technical support to end-users and respond to their IT queries.
- Track and manage support tickets and ensure timely problem resolution.
- Troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Work with other IT teams for complex problems and ensure efficient escalation.
- Keep documentation updated to support self-service and streamline issue resolution.

🧑🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2022, 2023, or 2024.
- Must hold a 3-year full-time degree in BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or similar fields).
- Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and undergraduate studies.
- Must be an Indian national and flexible to work in any Cognizant office, in any shift or technology.
