About the Job
Cognizant, a global leader in digital transformation and IT services, is looking for Associate Cloud Engineers with 0 to 2 years of experience in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Job Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Work on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions – designing, consulting, and implementing them.
✔️ Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) / Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is a plus.
✔️ Deploy and configure FSLogix solutions for user profile management.
✔️ Work with App Layering solutions like FlexApp, MSIX App Attach, etc.
✔️ Gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure and its cloud services.
✔️ Prepare technical documents and training materials for projects.
✔️ Implement Microsoft Intune/SCCM solutions for enterprise device management.
✔️ Work with Microsoft 365 products for cloud-based collaboration.
✔️ Develop automation using PowerShell or Python scripting.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
🔹 Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in VDI solutions and cloud platforms.
🔹 Technical Skills: Knowledge of Azure, AWS, FSLogix, Microsoft 365, App Layering solutions.
🔹 Certifications (Preferred):
- Azure/AWS certifications
- VDI certifications
🔹 Scripting Skills: Familiarity with PowerShell or Python is an advantage.
