Role: Business Analyst
AiDash is looking for a Business Analyst to support its Customer Success Team in deriving business value from AiDashโs AI-powered platforms.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and Engagement Managers to understand business problems.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop AI-based solutions for these problems.
- Use advanced analytics and data-driven insights to help clients make better decisions.
- Present complex findings in a clear and structured way to highlight the impact of AiDash products.
- Explore new problem-solving approaches to improve efficiency and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in an analytical or technical field from a top-tier institution (IIT/NIT/BITS or similar).
- Experience: 0-3 years in business analytics.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
- Knowledge of business analytics tools like Python, SQL, R, and Excel (preferred).
- Experience with AI/ML models is a plus.
