Key Responsibilities
Automation and Development
- Analyze user requirements and design appropriate automation solutions.
- Develop automation platforms for internal teams at American Express.
- Utilize AI, Machine Learning (ML), and automation tools to optimize business processes.
- Work with tools such as OCR, APIs, cognitive AI, and ML models to enhance automation.
Testing and Deployment
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain automation solutions.
- Ensure automation solutions align with compliance requirements and process improvements.
- Create reusable knowledge assets and maintain proper documentation.
- Support the end-to-end testing and debugging of automation processes.
Collaboration and Continuous Learning
