About the Role
A Jr. Online Analyst – Adv position is available for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience in customer service, content strategy, and digital marketing. This role is hybrid with rotational shifts, allowing you to contribute to the company’s online presence and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Online Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Assist in creating and implementing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Support content optimization to align with marketing goals.
✅ Website & Digital Analytics
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior to provide valuable insights.
- Track and report on online campaign performance with recommendations for improvement.
✅ Customer Engagement & Support
- Manage online customer interactions through various channels.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
✅ Social Media & Digital Content
- Assist in social media management, including content creation and engagement.
- Contribute to email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
✅ Market Research & Strategy Development
- Conduct industry research to stay updated on trends and competitors.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas.
✅ Website Management & Optimization
- Help maintain and update the company’s website content.
- Ensure that all digital content follows brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
