Role Overview
As a Software Development Engineer I, you will be part of Amex GBTโs Neo Software Engineering Team, contributing to the development of an advanced online booking and expense management tool for business travel. This SaaS platform enables users to:
- Search and book business trips
- Access multiple transport modes under company travel policies
- Track expenses and manage reimbursements
- Maintain security and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities
๐ป Work within a SCRUM team to develop new applications and features
๐ ๏ธ Design, develop, and test software solutions
๐ Maintain and improve existing systems
๐ Contribute to feature deployment and monitor platform performance
๐ก Propose innovative ideas for product enhancements
๐ Ensure high security, performance, and scalability standards
Required Qualifications
๐ Education: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree
๐
Experience: At least 6+ months of relevant work experience
๐ฅ๏ธ Technical Skills:
- Programming Languages: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Frameworks & Technologies: .NET, ASP.NET Core, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES6
- Databases: Oracle, Couchbase
- Tools & Platforms: RabbitMQ, OpenSearch, Cypress, Postman, GitHub, Docker, TeamCity
