Job Role: Associate Analyst / Analyst – Engagement Support

About the Role
This position is focused on supporting Deloitte’s engagement setup processes. The main responsibilities include handling requests for WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) creation and ensuring the process is completed with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. Handling Engagement Setup Requests
- Process WBS creation requests and validate all details.
- Ensure approvals are received from Finance or other teams as needed.
- Update daily status reports to track progress.
2. Data Entry and Coordination
- Enter accurate information into internal systems.
- Prioritize tasks while working under deadlines.
- Communicate with teams across different departments.
3. Client Support and Documentation
- Interact with practitioners and provide guidance on engagement setup.
- Work closely with other national and local teams (virtually and in person).
- Ensure proper documentation and communication standards are followed.
Qualifications Required
- Educational Background: Graduate in any field (BA, B.Com, B.Sc.)
- Work Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably supporting clients outside India.
Professional Skills Needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Good listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with different teams and manage work efficiently.
Technical Skills Preferred
- Familiarity with tools like CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Jupiter, or Paradigm is helpful.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Work Environment
- This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days in the Deloitte Hyderabad office.
- The shift runs from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday.
