Job Overview
BCG is looking for a Global IT Software Engineer Manager to contribute to its AI-driven initiatives. The role involves integrating the company’s GenAI chatbot with external systems like ServiceNow, enhancing digital support tools, and ensuring seamless system integration. Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered Solutions: Design, code, and test new features for BCG’s GenAI chatbot.
- API Development & Integration: Work extensively with APIs to ensure smooth communication between systems.
- Full Stack Development: Create robust front-end and back-end solutions.
- CI/CD Implementation: Build and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Cloud-Native Applications: Develop scalable solutions using cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with IT & Business Platforms (ITBP) and Cloud Platform Engineering (CPE) teams to support BCG’s AI transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Full Stack Development, with a strong understanding of front-end and integration.
- Proficiency in API Development and ServiceNow Service Portal.
- Knowledge of Programming Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, Objective-C.
- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and cloud-native application development.
