About the Role

Oracle is looking for a Software Developer 1 to join its Client Integration Services team under the ClientWorks Org in Oracle Health. This role focuses on designing, developing, troubleshooting, testing, and implementing software solutions to support clients across various solutions.

The developer will work closely with engineers, testers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development: Design, develop, troubleshoot, test, and implement software solutions following established standards.
Collaboration: Work with engineers, testers, and product managers to understand client requirements and deliver quality code.
Debugging & Optimization: Identify and fix issues in the existing code while optimizing performance.
Requirement Analysis: Analyze project requirements and work with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Coding & Problem Solving: Write high-quality code, work on medium-complexity solutions, and refine overall development processes.
Deployment: Release code to production and support integration with third-party vendors.

Basic Qualifications

📌 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

📌 Experience:

  • 0 to 2 years of relevant development experience.

📌 Technical Skills Required:

  • Foundational to intermediate knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
  • Understanding of software development processes.
  • Problem-solving skills and debugging abilities.
  • Basic understanding of product development lifecycle.

📌 Preferred Skills:

  • GIT and JIRA experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium products and data models.
  • Strong attention to detail and result-driven approach.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
